Green Tea and weight loss
How do you get a workout without doing anything? Drink Drink green tea! You heard right. Drinking a few cups of green tea every day can help you significantly in your quest to lose weight. Green tea contains polyphenols, and your body's reaction to these are increased heat production. Your body will start spending energy making heat even though you aren't cold, and this means you are burning lots of calories.
Studies have shown that green tea also helps reduce cholesterol and helps break down fat in fat cells.
I have been drinking green tea for a while now and have definitely noticed a difference. It is easy to make and I drink it often. This is not a hard thing to do so try it!
Remember, you can't expect to just drink tea and lose weight, use it with a combination of exercise and a healthy diet.
I have read success stories about people losing weight from just drinking green tea but I find it hard to believe and wouldn't rely on the accuracy of it too much! Green tea can be purchased online through amazon (search for green tea at amazon.com)
For those of you who have tried everything and it didn't end up working, read my review on proactol, this was what helped me finally lose the weight I couldn't. I'm sure green tea played a part in all this too though!
